Use general maintenance skills and mechanical knowledge to service machines in our factory and maintain facility.
Communicate effectively and understand both oral and written instructions.
Maintain records and prepare reports related to the work regarding equipment, supplies, and materials.
Fabricate, assemble, and test machinery parts as needed.
Ensure the proper use, care, and storage of tools and equipment.
Maintain work area in a clean and sanitary manner.
Perform troubleshooting activities on a wide range of hydraulic, pneumatic and various support equipment.

High School Diploma or Equivalent required (Associates Degree in a technical field preferred)
Trade School Certification a plus.
High-energy, flexible, self-starter, hands-on and mechanical nature.
Attention to detail.
Abide by Health and Safety regulations.
Able and available to work overtime.
5+ years of experience in machine repair, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of basic hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems along with safety issues.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints and procedure manuals.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Availability to work occasional extended hours and occasional weekends
Ability to pass Maintenance Mechanic standardized competency test.
